Downtime Information

Following the release deployment, password reset emails and invitation emails may be temporarily unreliable for a short period while user cache is cleared. The portal frontend, backend, and login functionality will remain fully available without downtime during this window.

New Features

Your Company: Additional Addresses Under Sites

Users can now add and manage additional addresses under their company sites directly within the Business Partner experience. This provides greater flexibility for companies operating across multiple locations, ensuring that site-level address data is accurate and complete in the network.

New Onboarding: Welcome Email & Password Reset

New and invited users now receive a single welcome email upon registration, guiding them through their first login and initial setup steps. The password reset flow has also been redesigned to provide a clearer, more reliable experience.

OSP: Registration Status Callbacks at Predefined Stages

Onboarding Service Providers (OSPs) can now receive real-time status updates and contextual information via callbacks at predefined stages throughout the registration process.

Bug Fixes

Business Partner Pool

  • Fixed the issue where the Enrichment Service incorrectly returned a BPN_ERROR_NOT_FOUND error during re-validation.

  • Corrected a misleading error message that displayed "Could not complete validation" for records that had in fact been validated successfully. Successful records now reflect the correct status.

  • Resolved an issue where irrelevant error details were displayed alongside records that completed successfully. The information shown now accurately reflects the outcome of each record.

Partner Network | Filter Not Returning Companies in First 10 Records

  • Resolved a filtering issue where searching by company name returned no results if the matching company appeared within the first 10 records of the list. Search results now return the correct company regardless of its position in the dataset.

Password Reset | No Validation for Incorrect Email Format

  • The password reset form now validates the format of the entered email address before submission. Previously, incorrectly formatted email addresses were accepted without any feedback to the user.

Login | "Go Back" Did Not Return to Email Entry Screen

  • Fixed a navigation issue in the Forgot Password flow where clicking "Go Back" did not return users to the initial email entry screen. The button now correctly navigates to the expected step.

Login | Email Field Visible When Email Hint is Configured

  • Resolved a display issue where the email input field remained visible on the login screen even when an email hint was configured. The field now correctly hides when a hint is active.

Login | Missing German Translation for Validation Message

  • A German (DE) translation was missing for a login validation message. The missing string has been added and the message now displays correctly for German-language users.

Shared IdP Login | Authenticated Users Not Redirected to Portal

  • Fixed an issue where users authenticating via a Shared Identity Provider (IdP) were not redirected to the portal upon successful login. Authenticated users are now routed to the portal as expected.

Portal | Email Format Validation Not Applied Consistently

  • Resolved an inconsistency in email format validation across portal screens. Email fields now apply uniform validation rules throughout the platform.

Your Company | Company Roles Edit Icon Led to Error Page

  • Resolved a broken navigation issue where clicking the edit icon for Company Roles under "Your Company" resulted in a "Something went wrong" error page.

Reset Password | Post-Reset Redirect to Keycloak Instead of Portal

  • Fixed a redirect issue where users were sent to the Keycloak interface after successfully resetting their password, instead of being returned to the portal. Users are now correctly redirected to the portal login screen.

Reset Password Email | Email Address Shown in Greeting

  • Corrected a formatting issue in the password reset email where the user's email address was incorrectly displayed in the greeting field instead of the expected name or salutation.
