June 2026 - IATP Wallet Endpoint Deprecation

Action Required - Migrate EDCs from iatp to dcp endpoint URLs

What Changed

The iatp endpoint used by wallet service accounts to access their corresponding wallets has been deprecated. Newly created wallet service accounts, whether created via subscription or manually, can no longer authenticate using the iatp endpoint. The dcp endpoint is now the required endpoint for all wallet access.

The Cofinity-X portal has displayed the dcp endpoint as the default for new service accounts for several releases. This notice is to inform partners who may have configured or copied the old iatp URL from earlier documentation or integrations that it is no longer supported for newly created service accounts.

Who Is Affected

You are affected if your EDC configuration references the old iatp endpoint URL regardless of whether the service account was created via subscription or manually.

If you are unsure, check your EDC configuration for the following URL:
https://dis-integration-service-prod.eu10.div.cloud.sap/api/v2.0.0/iatp/catena-x-portal

If this URL is present in your configuration, action is required.

Required Action

Update your EDC configuration to replace the old endpoint URL with the new one.

Old endpoint (deprecated - do not use for new service accounts): https://dis-integration-service-prod.eu10.div.cloud.sap/api/v2.0.0/iatp/catena-x-portal

New endpoint (required): https://dis-integration-service-prod.eu10.dim.cloud.sap/api/v2.0.0/dcp/catena-x-portal

This update must be applied in both your own EDC and any customer EDC configurations you manage.

Symptoms

If you are affected, you may observe:

  • Newly launched connectors unable to access their wallet

  • 403 FORBIDDEN errors when attempting wallet access via the iatp URL

  • Data transfer failures on newly created service accounts
