Dataspace OS supports Single Sign-On (SSO) via the Cofinity-X Portal. Follow the steps below to access Dataspace OS.
Prerequisite:
Your Dataspace OS instance had been configured (email received)
You have an account in the Cofinity-X Portal.
Actions in portal:
Once you have receive a Subscription Confimation Email, please navigate in Portal to Profile menu -> User Management -> In App Access Management Choose Dataspace OS.
Click on "Add roles for Multiple Users". Select the proper users and their roles (admin recommended)
After this, navigate to Cofinity-X Portal Main page and scroll down to see "Your Accessible Apps":
If you cannot see it, try reloading the page.
Actions in Dataspace OS
On the Dataspace OS login screen, select "Sign in with Cofinity-X Portal".
NOTE: If you do not see the option "Sign in with Cofinity-X Portal" on your login screen, please raise a ticket to https://servicedesk.jira.cofinity-x.com or email to [email protected]
You will be redirected to the Cofinity-X Portal login page.
Ensure your company is selected, then log in using your Cofinity-X credentials.You will be directed to the following page. Review profile allows you to edit the existing account (choose another username, email, or first and last name). Once reviewed, please choose "Add to existing account"
You will be prompted to enter your existing Dataspace OS password (usually provided via email by our support team).
Your Single Sign-On is now active!
Next time you log in, simply click "Sign in with Cofinity-X Portal" and use your portal credentials to access Dataspace OS.
