Updated Provider Onboarding & Listing Workflow for Website marketplace
1. Provider Registration Rules
1.1 New Provider (First Time Only)
A provider must complete the New Provider Form only once when they first join the marketplace ecosystem. ( https://airtable.com/app7VEnh5JsZ8Lw5P/pagyzMLQxHSBZknIg/form )
Process:
Submit the New Provider Registration Form
Wait for Marketplace Operations approval
Once approved, provider status becomes “Active Provider”
Provider gains permission to submit:
New Application Request
New Service Request
1.2 Existing Provider (Already Approved)
If a provider has already been approved previously, then:
They do not need to fill the New Provider Form again
They may directly submit:
New Application Request, or
Application Update Form
This avoids repeated administrative steps and speeds up listing creation for established providers.

You can create new listings via:
New Application Request Form ( https://airtable.com/app7VEnh5JsZ8Lw5P/pag18RnYg5YqW9zJC/form )

Providers with solutions for multiple use cases may list their solution as either one:
Super App (One app which addresses multiple use cases)
or
Special App (individual app for each use case)
(You may not have multiple listings per use case).
Rule 3: Branding Consistency
Use the same commercial name across:
Website
Portal
Documentation
Customer communications
Rule 4: English Only Content Requirement
Because the Marketplace Website is entirely in English, all submitted information must be provided exclusively in English, including descriptions, use cases, visuals containing text, and any attached marketing materials. Submissions containing other languages will be returned for correction.

Marketplace Visibility Rules
To ensure a fair and neutral display of all published applications and services, the Marketplace currently uses a random sorting mechanism for the order in which listings appear.
What this means for providers:
Listings do not appear based on ranking, popularity, or manual prioritization.
Every application or service receives equal visibility opportunities.
Sorting does not depend on:
Publish date
Certification date
Provider size or status
Legal Notes
Publishing a service allows potential customers to subscribe to it via the Cofinity-X platform. However, any subscription may result in a legally binding agreement between you (the Service Provider) and the subscribing company.
Cofinity-X is not a contractual party. Subscription management, payment terms, and service terms are handled between the provider and the customer. Clicking “Unsubscribe” on the Cofinity-X Portal does not cancel any legal or financial obligations. For such matters, please contact the subscriber directly.
