Registering one legal entity enables the possibility of creating sites for that legal entity.
For subsidiaries, the provisioning is possible only once the sublegal entity is added as a "managed by" entity.
Only the legal entity that owns a site or manages the legal entity that owns a site, should upload or edit the site information, according to CX-0010 BPDM Standard v2.2.1.
Prerequisites
Before adding site data, make sure the following conditions are met:
You are logged into the Cofinity-X Portal with an active user account.
How to Add a Site
1. Provisioning sites for the onboarded legal entity (the one which has a wallet and Portal access) can be done by adding the information via "Your Company" -> "Your sites and addresses".
2. Provisioning sites and addresses for the sublegal entities (Managed Partners), can be done following the steps:
a) the Managed Partner has to be successfully onboarded (see more details here);
b) via "Managing companies", the option to add sites and addresses for the Managed Partner will be then available to provision through.
