Registering one legal entity enables the possibility of creating sites of subsidiaries and use them when implementing a use case.

This process is handled through the Business Partner Explorer. You’ll need the Business Partner Data Manager role to proceed.
Only the legal entity that owns a site should upload or edit its Site information, according to CX-0010 BPDM Standard v2.2.1.
Prerequisites
Before adding site data, make sure the following conditions are met:
You are logged into the Cofinity-X Portal with an active user account.

Site validation can take up to 48 hours. You’ll see the current status in the “Your Company” section of the portal.
