Dataspace OS supports Single Sign-On (SSO) via the Cofinity-X Portal. Follow the steps below to activate SSO for your account.
Prerequisite:
You have an active Dataspace OS (DOS) user account with a password (used to sign in to DOS).
You also have an account in the Cofinity-X Portal.
On the Dataspace OS login screen, select "Sign in with Cofinity-X Portal".
NOTE: If you do not see the option "Sign in with Cofinity-X Portal" on your login screen, please raise a ticket to https://servicedesk.jira.cofinity-x.com or email to [email protected]
You will be redirected to the Cofinity-X Portal login page.
Ensure your company is selected, then log in using your Cofinity-X credentials.You will be directed to the following page. Review profile allows you to edit the existing account (choose another username, email, or first and last name). Once reviewed, please choose "Add to existing account"
You will be prompted to enter your existing Dataspace OS password (usually provided via email by our support team).
Your Single Sign-On is now active!
Next time you log in, simply click "Sign in with Cofinity-X Portal" and use your portal credentials to access Dataspace OS.
