Updating your EDC settings for the Saturn EDC upgrade
Before starting the upgrade, you need to update your EDC Connector settings. Technical users created before 20.06.2026 are not compatible with Saturn EDC and will cause errors during the upgrade.
Follow the three steps below to prepare your environment.
Step 1: Create a new technical user
Create a new technical user specifically for EDC in Cofinity-X portal with Identity Wallet Management permission.
Once the user is created, copy and save the following values. You'll need them in the next step:
OAuth Client ID
OAuth Client Secret
DIM URL
Step 2: Update your EDC settings
Go to Edit EDC.
2. Replace the existing values in the corresponding fields with the OAuth Client ID, OAuth Client Secret, and DIM URL you copied in Step 1.
Step 3: Start the upgrade
Once your EDC settings are saved, proceed with the upgrade.
