Prepare PCF data - 9.0.0

All PCF endpoints must perform schema validation in order to be certified.

If the provided PCF data does not conform to the defined schema, Dataspace OS application will make the validation on reject the faulty PCF data.

What changed from v7.0.0 to v9.0.0

The v9.0.0 model reorganizes the flat v7 structure into grouped entities, each wrapped in its own array (a "Collection"). The seven top-level groups are:

Notable model changes worth flagging if you are migrating from v7:

  • declaredUnitOfMeasurement enum gained hour, megabit, and second; dropped the plain ton/kilometer combo in favor of ton kilometer.

  • Emissions are now split by lifecycle stage (productionStage, distributionStage, packagingStage) instead of one flat block.

  • exemptedEmissionsPercent now allows up to 10% (was 0–5 in the v7 excerpt).

  • id now also accepts the urn:uuid: prefixed form, in addition to a bare UUID v4.

  • attestationOfConformance is a full collection with its own required fields, and is optional at the root level.
