Supported Certificate Types:

Only the following certificates are supported by BMW.

Note: The following certificate types are not supported for sharing with BMW via Certificate Management:

  • ISO 14001

  • ISO 45001 / OHSAS 18001

  • ISO 50001

  • TISAX

Please your BMW Purchasing contact for how to share these certificates.

Certificate sharing:

Once all prerequisites are fulfilled and BPNAs have been issued for all relevant locations, you can proceed with certificate sharing.

BMW uses a PUSH method, meaning that you must actively upload and provide the certificate to BMW’s cloud storage. Follow the guidelines below step-by-step:

  1. Share the Certificate via Dataspace OS PUSH. Ensure you choose as the partner Bayerische Motoren Werke from the drop-down partner list.

  1. Monitor the feedback of BMW about the certificate. It may take a while until the system receives the feedback notification.
